Importing the file is very easy, download the file for the day, after downloading it, click on it, it would give you an option, either to import to your gmail or your contacts I'll advise you to import it to your gmail, because your gmail is a safer place to store the contacts, if you don't have a gmail then import it to your contacts. Any one of them would work perfectly
